Q: One of my ADT signs has gone missing and I would like to add more stickers to my windows. How do I order more signage?
A: To order more signs or stickers please visit the ADT website and fill out this form to have additional signage sent to your home.
Q: Someone came to my house yesterday saying they work for ADT. How do I know someone at my door is really an ADT employee?
A: All ADT sales representatives should show proper identification and a business card. Remember to never let someone you do not know into your home.
Q: What should I do if my technician doesn’t show up at the time scheduled?
A: ADT understands that your time is valuable and technicians strive to arrive promptly as scheduled. If an appointment is missed and the technician has not contacted you, please call 1-888-238-7374 and select the option to inquire about a pending service request. An ADT service dispatcher will quickly assist you.
Q: I referred a family member but am still waiting on my referral bonus. How long does it take to receive my rebate?
A: Referrals are given to current customers that have successfully referred a new customer. The referral bonus is processed after the installation is completed. Please allow four to six weeks to receive your referral bonus. If you have not received your referral bonus after this time period please call 1-800-ADT-ASAP for assistance.
