4th of July Fireworks Safety

In 2007, almost half of reported fireworks-related injuries occurred in children under the age of 15, but adults risk injury and property damage associated with fireworks too, in 2008 the National Fire Protection Association reported $42 million in direct property damage due to fireworks.

If you’re considering giving kids sparklers to play with this Independence Day, you may want to think twice about that idea after checking out exactly how hot sparkers can get—chances are you’ll be as surprised as we were.
